Frequently Asked Questions

We want every moment you spend with us to be filled with ease, warmth, and relaxation. To help make your experience even smoother, we’ve answered a few common questions. 

Hygiene & Respectful Space

At Bliss Body Work, we strive to create a peaceful and nurturing environment for every client. To ensure the best experience for yourself and others:

  • Please check in with your hygiene and freshness before your appointment so you can fully enjoy your session.
  • Our studio is a professional healing space, and we ask that all interactions remain respectful and appropriate. Any behavior that disrupts the safe, relaxing nature of our practice will result in the immediate termination of the session.

When should I arrive for my massage?

We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to unwind and check in at your own pace. Our massages start and end on time to respect everyone’s schedule, so we kindly ask that you arrive with enough time to settle in.

How do I book a massage?

 Booking is easy and can be done:

  • Online through our website
  • By phone or text

Minor Services Policy

Bliss Body Work welcomes minors for select services in a safe and nurturing environment. To ensure their comfort and well-being:

  • A parent or legal guardian must provide written consent before the session.
  • The parent or guardian is required to be present during the entire appointment.

How do I cancel my appointment?

Life happens, and we totally understand. If you need to cancel, you can do so:

  • Online, via our website
  • Over the phone or text

 

Please try to give us a heads-up at least 24 hours in advance. If we receive less notice, we will charge 50% of your service to help support our team.

What if I’m late or miss my appointment?

We know sometimes things don’t go as planned, if you happen to arrive up to 15 minutes late we will accommodate to the time left of your session but if you arrive past 15 minutes or miss your appointment, we’ll have to cancel your session and charge the full price. Arriving early helps ensure you get the full benefits of your massage, and we want you to feel completely relaxed!

What if I’m sick before my appointment?

Your health is so important to us. If you’re feeling under the weather, please take care of yourself and stay home. If you start feeling unwell during your session, let your therapist know right away. We’re here to keep you safe and comfortable.
